OmniForge Vault is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under GDPR.

1. Data We Collect

• Account data: Email address and password hash (via Supabase Auth)
• Payment data: Billing processed by Stripe. We never store card details.
• Usage data: Pages visited via Cloudflare Analytics (no personal identifiers)
• Communications: Messages sent via our contact form

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and maintain your account and subscription
• To send weekly intelligence digests and alerts
• To process payments and manage billing
• To respond to support requests
• To improve our service

3. Legal Basis (GDPR)

We process data on the following bases: contract performance, legitimate interests, and consent for marketing emails (withdrawable at any time).

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share only with: Supabase (database hosting), Stripe (payments), and Cloudflare (CDN and analytics). All processors are GDPR-compliant.

5. Your Rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, and port your data. Email hello@omniforgevault.com to exercise these rights.
